How It All Bloomed
Miracle Bay Studios began with a wedding and a spark of inspiration. When Kayla Jijón, our Director of Operations, was planning her own big day, she discovered the beauty and versatility of sola wood flowers. Together with her father, Matt Petty, she designed every floral detail — hand-painted blooms that looked stunning, stayed perfect, and felt deeply personal.
Seeing how meaningful and practical these flowers could be, Kayla and Matt recognized an opportunity to share that same joy with others. They started small — offering hands-on floral experiences at local craft shows, where people could create their own forever blooms. What began as a simple wedding solution quickly grew into something much bigger: a way to bring creativity, color, and connection to every home and celebration.
Today, Miracle Bay Studios is more than a floral alternative — it’s a space where art, imagination, and community come together. We help people express themselves through custom home décor, perfectly matched wedding florals, and open-table creative experiences designed for all ages. Inspired by whimsy, beauty, and the sense of wonder that comes from stepping into a world built for imagination, we’re here to make creativity feel accessible again — one handmade bloom at a time.
