Refund policy

For items damaged in shipping, please send a digital picture of the damaged item to customerservice@visiblefusion.com. Your item will be reviewed within 48 business hours.

Upon review and company agreement to replace, your item will be replaced (at no cost to you) or refunded at your request. All replacement/refund requests must be done within 14 days of receiving the item.

All other non-damaged sales are final.
